Suitable For: Injection & Drainage Pipes , Roto, Blow & Injection Molding, Garbage Bags & Thin Films, Thick & Specialty Films, Sheet Extrusion, Fibers, Wires & Cables.

Colour Masterbatch: Color Masterbatch is a compound concentrated from high quality pigments, resin and other additives. It is used as an optimal solution in colorization and cost reduction for plastic products. We also combine additive masterbatch such as UV stabilizer, flame retardant… to optimize the processing and properties of specialty and commodity of resin. Additionally, with high dispersion rate, heat resistance and eco-friendliness, color masterbatch helps customers to improve the quality of final products. Application: Blowing film, Injection molding, Extrusion and many other applications. 

White Masterbatch: White Masterbatch is a type of polymer materials. It gives whiteness, brightness and opacity in the final product. To provide these properties in plastic, many chemicals such as Zinc Oxide, Zinc sulphide, Antimony oxide, Titanium dioxide are used. Titanium dioxide is mostly used in plastic application because of its unique properties such as high refractive index, average particle size (0.19 – 0.22 micron) White Masterbatch contains specialty additives which makes the resin compatible with titanium pigment and give an ideal color for final product. We have a lot of varieties of White masterbatches, depending on the percentage of Titanium dioxide (up to 70%).

Filler Masterbatch: Filler Masterbatch is a Polyethylene based masterbatch containing calcium carbonate. It is natural white with excellent dispersity. It is widely used in the plastic industries (film blowing, blow molding, injection molding, extrusion molding) to reduce the production cost and improve the character of final products.
