I would strongly ask people to avoid this shop. If I could have given a negative rating for this shop, I would certainly do so.
Most times, this shops seem to take on too much work and is under staffed with unskilled, underpaid workers to do the actual stitching for them. They lack professional ethics, Instead, they try to find excuses for their errors and pass off poor quality of work if a customer is willing to accept it without complaint. The shop owner is very sweet in her talk and its easy to give them business, but once they have obtained the customer's business, they could be least bothered with customer satisfaction.
I had a nightmarish experience with my Benarasi wedding blouse with them. The blouse was delivered to me with two different border designs in the two hands! Also the border in the back of the blouse was a small strip that didn't cover the whole back bottom. They claimed there wasn't enough Zari material to make a whole back border. This was untrue as the benar
